We laser cut wire mesh in almost all alloys including stainless steel, carbon steel, and high nickel alloys. Laser cutting technology is an excellent process for cutting carbon, aluminum alloys, and stainless steel materials. Metal laser cutting provides a cleaner edge with better perpendicularity than other forms of flame cutting, along with a smaller kerf and heat affected areas. Difficult profiles, tight tolerances, and precision, high-speed cutting requirements are all great candidates for laser cutting.
