The structure of Dutch woven cloth has different mesh counts in weft and warp direction. Suitable match of wire dia. and mesh count can realize the filtration density that are unrealizable for square mesh. Common dutch woven wire cloth has more weft wires than warp wires, and the warp wire dia. is usually bigger than that of the warp wires; Due to its unique structure and weave pattern, dutch woven wire cloth is more used in fine filtration than normal s.s. square mesh.Present densest dutch woven cloth can have the mesh opening size as small as 3 microns.So we also call dutch woven mesh micron-grade filter cloth.
Materials: 304、304L、316、316L Stainless steel wire, Nickel wire, Brass wire, Low-Carbon Steel wire and Special Alloy wire. 
Weaving Types: Plain Dutch Weave,Twilled Dutch Weave, and Five-Heddle Weave etc. 
Property: This kind of woven wire mesh offers good wear-resistance, heat-resistance, acid-resistance and corrosion resistance.

Usage: Dutch Woven Wire Cloth are extensively utilized as filter fittings for chemical industry, medicine, petroleum, telecom-communication, scientific research units, due to its stable and fine filtration capability.

Plain Dutch weave: woven as a plain weave. Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next adjacent complementary wire, as in normal Plain Weave, except the warp wires are larger in diameter than the weft wires. This allows a greater mesh count in the weft direction.
Characteristics:"zero"—aperture, more solid than square or rectangular mesh, relative high open area, suitable for all kinds of filtration.

Dutch twilled weave: Each warp wire and each weft wire passes over and under the next two adjacent complementary wires, as in a normal Twill Weave, except the warp wires are larger in diameter than the weft wires. This allows a greater mesh count in the weft direction. This weave pattern enables the weft wires to be woven more densely, and much smaller aperture sizes can be achieved without forsaking cloth thickness. 
Characteristics: "zero"; aperture, light-proof woven, high resistance due to tight wire position, extreme low absolute grade of fineness(down to 5-6mu;),high filtration performance in case of low viscose medium, it is the finest filtration in hydraulic systems, especially for critical applications as aero-space, fuel-and combustion.
