Material: SUS AISI 201 202 301 302 304 304L 321 316 316L, pure Nickel, pure Ti, Monel, galvanized wire, redrawing wire, stainless steel wire and cotton thread/ plastic, PP, PC, PE, PVC, PTFE.

Wire diameter: 0.1mm-0.55mm (common wire 0.2mm-0.25mm), besides, use multistrand to weave.

Aperture size: From 2mmx3mm  4mmx5mm  4mmx6mm to 12mmx6mm.

Width:10mm 20mm 40mm 80mm 100mm 150mm 200mm 300mm 400mm 500mm 600mm etc.

Demister mist eliminators collectessentially 100% of all liquid particles 2 to 5 microns in diameter, dependingon design parameters.

The DEMISTER mist eliminator is an assemblyof YORKMESH knitted mesh supported on, and held down by, high open areagrids.  When a vapor steam carryingentrained liquid droplets passes through a DEMISTER mist eliminator pad, thevapor moves freely through the YORKMESH knitted mesh but the inertia of thedroplets causes them to contact the wire surfaces, coalesce, and ultimatelydrain as large droplets.

Available in virtually any size or shape,in a broad range of metals or plastics, individual styles of DEMISTER misteliminators can be supplied to meet specific customer needs. Stainless steelsand exotic alloys are fully annealed to provide maximum corrosion resistance.

Specially designed materials can be usedfor specific applications. For example, Alloy 66 is used for DEMISTER misteliminators to extend service life in sulfuric acid plants.
